Minutes of Parents’ Association Meeting
On Wednesday June 3rd, 2009

Purpose:
to ratify the slate of candidates who ran unopposed for the
Executive Board of PS 144’s Parent Association
for the term September 2009 – June 2010.

Meeting was called to order @ 8:35 am in the cafeteria.
In attendance were the following: (see attached attendance sheet)

Motion was made to approve the slate of candidates.
Motion was approved by Tamar Ran, seconded by Liz Morrow.
All in favor; none opposed.

The duly elected board for Sept. ’09 – June ‘10 is as follows:

Co-Presidents: Maria Cognata & Tricia Kampton
Co-Vice Presidents: Rhonda Barrish & Jeanne Kwok
Treasurer: Kim Ramazan
Corresponding Secretary: Lisa Brody
Recording Secretary: Sue Chin-Louie

Meeting adjourned 8:40 am
